My FitBark device's LED won’t start flashing when I plug in the charging cable. Now what?

Make sure to wait at least 10 seconds after plugging in the charging cable provided.

If the LED still doesn't start rapidly flashing, make sure that the charging cable is correctly clamped on the FitBark.

If the FitBark still doesn’t turn itself on, unplug your FitBark and get in touch from the Support Chat in the FitBark Mobile and Web apps.
