We back your purchase with a friendly 2-year product warranty that your FitBark device or Base Station is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
This warranty only applies to our products under normal use, and excludes accidental damage from handling (e.g. damage from animal bites) as well as consumables such as batteries, covers, collar attachments and charging cables.
If your unit is defective, please get in touch via the Support Chat in our mobile and web apps and we’ll be happy to help.
To obtain warranty service, you must deliver the product, freight pre-paid, to the address specified by FitBark.
Please note that if you reside outside of the United States, it may take up to 30 days or more to receive a warranty repaired or replaced product, with limited tracking available.
