This policy only applies to orders from fitbark.com

This policy applies to all physical products purchased on the FitBark Online Store. If you purchased a FitBark product from an authorized retailer, please refer to their return policy. We are unable to refund any purchase not made directly through fitbark.com

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from fitbark.com for any reason, we are here to help. Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), please reach out with your order number from the support chat in our mobile apps.

How to make sure you are eligible for a return

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 calendar days

  • The product isn’t physically broken or damaged

  • The product is in its original packaging

  • You include all accessories, manuals and documentation

  • You include the receipt or proof of purchase

  • You obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us

Products that do not meet these criteria may not be considered for return or may be subject to a restocking fee that is entirely at our discretion. Handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (e.g. state, customs, VAT) are not refundable.

End-of-the-year exception

Holiday purchases between November 1st and December 31st are returnable through January 31st.

We don't cover return shipping (unless you live in the US)

If you live outside of the United States, you are responsible for and must pre-pay all shipping charges to the address specified by us. You assume risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to us. If you live in the United States, we will send you a prepaid label that covers the shipping fees.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately from the Support Chat in our mobile apps.

Exclusions

Please note that gift cards are non-refundable.
