If your FitBark is not found anymore by the app, and the app keep displaying “Last fetched X mins/hours/days ago”, make sure Bluetooth is turned ON, then plug your FitBark in for few seconds then unplug.
If the FitBark goes into pairing mode immediately, wait for it to stop flashing and try again to sync with the app.
If you don’t see any light coming from your FitBark, try the same steps one more time, please contact customer support.
