First, please:
Charge your new FitBark device for 120 minutes
Make sure Bluetooth is on in your iOS or Android device
Then from the FitBark mobile app:
1. Tap on your profile picture at the upper-left to access your user settings.
2. Scroll down and select Add New Pet.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
