Regular firmware updates
From time to time, we will update your FitBark device's embedded software to add new features and fix certain issues.
To check if an update is available for your FitBark, open the app on your pet's settings by tapping on his/her profile picture at the upper-right. From the PET SETTINGS page, tap on Device Management → Check Firmware Update
If an update is available, the next page will have a Start Update button. Please tap on the Start Update button, and:
Make sure to stay next to your dog’s FitBark while the app is performing the update.
Leave your FitBark app open on your smartphone during the entire process.
