Depending from the firmware version installed on your FitBark, the FitBark mobile app will attempt to perform the Firmware update at the next sync, or after about 5 minutes.

If you notice that more than 3-4 attempts fail, please reach out from the Support Chat in our mobile and web apps and let us know.
