We back your purchase with a friendly 2-year product warranty that your FitBark device is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
This warranty only applies to our products under normal use, and excludes accidental damage from handling (e.g. damage from animal bites) as well as consumables such as batteries, covers, collar attachments and charging cables.
If your unit is defective, please get in touch via the Support Chat in our mobile and web apps and we’ll be happy to help.
To obtain warranty service, you must deliver the product to the address specified by FitBark at your own expense.
