First off, please try to track a lost FitBark GPS by tapping the “Track” button on the location tracking page.

If you are unable to track it, the device might not have Wi-Fi connectivity, cellular coverage, GPS visibility, or a depleted battery.

Please contact us from the support chat if you would like to get the device blacklisted. This ensures that no other user may pair this device in the future.
