Can I get a refund for the unused part of my subscription?

All our plans are prepaid, and we do not offer any refunds beyond 30 days of activating a new subscription. While we don’t offer refunds on the unused parts of your subscription, we offer a monthly option that comes with no commitment. If you are unsure whether the FitBark GPS is for you, we encourage you to start on the monthly plan before moving to our longer term plans.
